Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens when I hit my brief limit?
On the Starter and Growth plans, you'll be notified when you're approaching your monthly limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time to unlock more briefs, or wait until the next billing cycle when your limit resets.
Do I still pay per video on top of the subscription?
Yes. The subscription covers platform access, features, and brief allowances. Video production is billed separately based on the persona, tier, and turnaround you select for each brief.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
We don't offer time-limited trials, but the Starter plan is free forever and gives you 3 briefs per month so you can experience the platform before committing to a paid plan.
